Do you need to improve your face-to-face conversational skills? Personal conversation is critical because we communicate the best through facial experiences, eye contact and body language. Learn how to communicate through vocal qualities such as pace, volume and tone of voice. Also, learn how to initiate, sustain and end a conversation. We all need conversational skills to be able to communicate effectively with our family members, colleagues, and friends. One participant said, “This workshop encouraged me to engage with others.” A $5.00 fee per person includes materials. Please pre-register.
