I have put together an eclectic set of training routines and techniques that I believe will prepare students to better defend themselves and build confidence. The student’s journey will start by building his/her body through specific martial arts exercises. The student will learn Ki breathing techniques, break falls, throws, hand and foot striking along with martial arts body conditioning exercises. This is not an aerobics class. You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level. This class is called Jibdan Mu Sul of Columbus, and is comprised of the many arts I have studied through my life. Please join me for training…

RULES:

All children must have a parent or guardian with them at all times while using the playground. Playground climbing/sliding equipment is for use only by children ages 4 - 11.
