Christ-Centered Retirement Workshop

Please join us on Saturday, July 27 and Saturday, August 3 for a Christ centered retirement planning workshop. This 2-day class will run from 9 – 3, focus not only cover money goals and spiritual aspects of planning, but also how you will spend your time and your life! This is a very thorough retirement planning class, and you will learn much on how to prepare for the next phase of life. We are excited to welcome Art and Crystal Prunier, who have been teaching this class for nearly a decade in Ohio and Michigan! Don’t miss this unique opportunity! This is truly one of the best workshops of this type being offered anywhere today. There is no childcare, seating is limited and pre-registration IS REQUIRED by July 23. There will be no late registrations, no registrations the day of and no walk-ins. The cost is $42 per person and $79 per couple for  workbook, lunches and refreshments.

This improved Home Buyer Education will focus on having a home buyer team including a Realtor, Mortgage loan officer and home inspector. Credit scores will be discussed to learn how that rating affects the ability to get a mortgage. You will learn, even if you are a first time homebuyer, if you qualify to receive thousands of dollars for down payment assistance. We will discuss how to negotiate in the seller's market. Also, how home ownership is an important part of being part of a stable community and how it builds long-term wealth. This fast-paced, fun class will answer all of your questions about home purchasing.
