Adults (FYI: No Childcare Provided)

Have a passion for volleyball? Come join us on Friday nights in the Community Center for a competitive evening full of bump, set, and spiking! This program is for intermediate players or higher, meaning you must at least be able to do a basic offensive play (pass, set, attack) on every possession, and be able to play a basic defense with blocking and rotation. NOTE: You will also need to reserve and secure your spot at This activity is very popular and so it is important to RSVP at If you show up without an RSVP on record, you are not guaranteed playtime and will be on “standby” if the teams are full. Please plan ahead for this very fun time! Thank you.

I have put together an eclectic set of training routines and techniques that I believe will prepare students to better defend themselves and build confidence. The student’s journey will start by building his/her body through specific martial arts exercises. The student will learn Ki breathing techniques, break falls, throws, hand and foot striking along with martial arts body conditioning exercises. This is not an aerobics class. You will be pushed beyond the aerobic level. This class is called Jibdan Mu Sul of Columbus, and is comprised of the many arts I have studied through my life. Please join me for training…
