Every week they will get 20 minutes of basic gymnastic training, consisting of strength skills, stretching and work on bars, beam, floor exercises and vaulting skills. Comfortable clothing and hair pulled back. Tap and ballet shoes preferred, but not mandatory. Bare feet for gymnastics.
