We collaborate with Delaware ABLE to provide ESOL classes for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.  Come and improve your English speaking, writing, reading and listening skills. Classes are FREE and meet from 9-1pm on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This group training program will include a fun, safe and effective plan to encourage you towards your health and weight loss goals. Grab some friends, family members or co-workers to achieve fitness together or feel free to sign up on your own! This program will involve groups of 7-15 people, two to three 45-minute workout sessions per week.  We will focus on guiding you through exercise and proper nutrition.  All modes of exercise will be used, including our TRX suspension trainers (see for more information).  
Classes are offered:
  • Tuesdays, 5:45-6:30 pm
  • Thursdays, 5:45-6:30 pm
  • Saturdays, 10-10:45 am

Must attend two classes per week. If we do not get 7 or more people in a particular session time, we will have to cancel that session.

Please pre-register and indicate which days and times you plan to attend. 
  • Community:  we offer a safe and encouraging environment to challenge you with your workouts so that you can see results.
  • Accountability:  not only will we ask you to change some health habits, but your workout buddies want to see you succeed as well.
  • Quality:  we have great trainers who will make sure you get a quality workout in a short amount of time in order for you to see physical results without the extra aches and pains.
  • Incentives:  we like to offer small incentives for those who like to push themselves to faster change.  It's also for those with a competitive nature.
  • Experience:  we want you to have a unique, caring, and challenging experience when you enroll in our program.  If you don't get that type of experience, we will happily give you a refund.

Youth Soccer Camp is lead by Sarah Wiechman, former Division I soccer player, high school and club coach. This program is specifically designed for players who have the desire to improve, and are willing to train at a level required to achieve their goals.Player's will receive technical skills and tactical understanding of the game. For ages 6-11. 

If weather permits, we will use indoor facility.
